BEEF BAR BOYS (early June) - [Open]

"Beefcakes Burger Bar," a hidden gem in the Up, is a haven for those in the know. Its walls are plastered with vintage muscle magazine posters, the menu promises over-the-top indulgence, and roller-skating servers clad in skin-tight tees deliver delectable, aphro-free delights to each table.

Of course, the name alone is a siren song for both Luffy and Zoro. It's no surprise, then, that Luffy chose it as the Straw Hat Pirates' rendezvous point during a recent network post. A giant "WELCOME" banner hangs above their table, its optimism tempered by the addition of two question marks in blue crayon — thanks to a touch of Zoro's skepticism.



A pitcher of orange juice sits one side of the table, while a carafe of sparkling wine spiked with triple sec occupies the other. They'd both gotten the bright idea to order some "Man-mosas" and split the ingredients between them.

Despite their party's low attendance, these two idiots are clearly enjoying themselves.

ACTION, CONSEQUENCE (7/26 onward) - [Open]

A. [This hadn't been Zoro's week. The constant humiliation of being searched by the SIN Guards, the endless checkpoints that slowed his progress to a crawl – it's a gauntlet he's been forced to endure. As a designated submissive, his movements are restricted, his freedom curtailed. The feeling of being watched, monitored, and controlled gnaws at him.

But he can't let those frustrations own him, either.

Of course, that's easier said than done. Especially when a male guard starts to frisk him.]

You already took my stuff.

[A beat.]

If you're looking for contraband, why don't you check your own ass first.

[.....This might be a good time for a Dominant to intervene.]

B. [When not actively engaged in a standoff with the guards, a quiet restlessness gnaws at Zoro. Something is clearly bothering him. In fact, there's a high chance he'll abruptly make a beeline for the nearest LIER, and bluntly ask:]

Where's the nearest checkpoint.

Even after his contract expired and he had no choice but to move out, Zoro still finds his way back to Vrenille's manor at least once a week. Often, Luffy is in tow, his boisterous energy a stark contrast to the serene atmosphere of the property. Other times, Zoro wanders in alone, a solitary figure seeking refuge from the chaos of Duplicity the way a stray cat wanders onto a porch promising a safe place to rest, before he inevitably winds his way back to Luffy.

Either way, the "hammam" offers a much-needed respite. It brings back distant memories of his own village’s sento, a communal bathhouse where the old men would gather.

When Luffy is around the bath, Zoro often watches his enthusiastic captain with the sharp eyes of a hawk, halting the man's attempts to descend into the water with soap-streaked hair. "...You missed a spot," he'll say, reaching ominously for a bucket of water.

With Vrenille, the atmosphere is different. When he gets a reprieve from Luffy's brand of horseplay, Zoro lets himself fully relax. A beer in hand, he'll sink into the warm water, a wordless invitation to join him found in his quiet smile.
